What do you offer on

You can buy wall paper and wall murals in our shop. Installation service is included in all wall paper purchases by default. You can choose to buy installation service for wall murals purchased on this website.

Can I buy installation service for wallpaper or wall mural purchased elsewhere?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer that option.

Is there a prerequisite for installing wallpaper and wall murals?

We recommend you check the condition (reasonable flat surface) of your walls to ensure they are feasible for wall paper or mural installations. You can engage your own or recommended contractors (under “Designers” page) to rectify defects, plaster or remove previously installed wall paper or murals (old) at a separate fee. Defects on wall can be unevenness, caving, protruding stones, debris, prolonged stained or burnt marked, etc.

How can I place an order?

For wallpaper:

  • Select style;
  • Select design;
  • Select colour;
  • Calculate rolls required and cost;
  • Click "Add to Cart" and fill out the order form.

For wall murals (from gallery):

  • Enter a keyword into the search box;
  • Select picture;
  • Select material, size and effect;
  • Calculate cost;
  • Click "Add to Cart" and fill out the order form;
  • Select and pay for installation service (optional).

For wall murals (your photo):

  • Upload your picture;
  • Select material, size and effect;
  • Calculate cost;
  • Click "Add to Cart" and fill out the order form;
  • Select and pay for installation service (optional).

How can I pay for my orders?

You can pay through PAYPAL with credit card options.

What are the delivery times and shipping costs?

For wallpaper:

  • Shipping cost is FREE and absorbed by us;
  • Delivery may take up to 5 workdays for Korean wallpaper after full payment is made;
  • Delivery may take up to 10 workdays for Europa wallpaper after full payment is made.

For wall murals:

  • Shipping cost (economy) is FREE for orders over USD200 (excluding installation service cost);
  • Delivery may take up to 30 workdays after full payment is made.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged?

For wallpaper:

  • Our installers will check the purchased items before installing them at your premise;
  • If we notice there is manufacturing defect, we will inform you and resend the product without any additional cost.

For wall murals:

  • If you notice that the parcel sent to you has been by damaged, open it in front of the courier and create a "Claims document";
  • Your product will be printed again and will be resent to you without any additional cost;
  • We cannot accept a claim for shipping damage if you haven't confirmed it with the courier upon receipt of the parcel.

Do you accept returns?

We recommend you visit our showroom to view and feel the sample of patterns and textures respectively as monitors and images online may vary from the actual item. Unfortunately, purchased items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or technical defects such as wrong order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange or refund claims for colour differences, which result from the differences in computer screen and print colour reproduction, as well as any damage by the client such as dis-colouration due to cleaning of wall paper or murals with damp cloth or any cleaning agents.

How do I maintain the wall paper or murals?

We recommend clients to dust or wipe wallpaper and murals with a duster or dry cloth only.
