Wallaffairs online store is for home owners of HDB and condominium in Singapore, additional surcharge will apply to installation of wallpaper after office hours, wall above 3 meters height, complicated display shelvings, installing in commercial and/or landed properties.

 

Please review the following terms that govern your use of this website. Please note that your use of our website by accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

General

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our site.

Prerequisite

We recommend you check the condition (reasonable flat surface) of your walls to ensure they are feasible for wallpaper or mural installations. You can engage your own or recommended contractors (under "Designers" page) to rectify defects, plaster or remove previously installed wallpaper or murals (old) at a separate fee. Defects on wall can be unevenness, caving, protruding stones, debris, prolonged stains or burn marks, etc.

Ordering

Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to us is correct. All order confirmations are sent to that email address. Please make sure both your contact number and installation address are completed fully. 

Payment Terms

Orders are accepted on the condition that products will be supplied at the price ruling on shipment. WallAffairs Pte Ltd will endeavour to inform you of any errors (including stock availability, size, colour, price, etc) and give you the option of confirming, replacing or canceling your order.

Shipment & Installation

Purchased items will be shipped within the stated business days of each product. We do not guarantee on the shipment duration and is only a guide to plan for the installation date. Our installers will hand carry the purchased items to your premise on the installation date. Installation date will be arranged and confirmed with you over the phone through our customer service team.

Return Policy

We recommend you visit our showroom to view and feel our samples of patterns and textures respectively as computer monitors and images online may vary from the actual item. Unfortunately, purchased items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or technical defects such as wrong orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange or refund claims for colour differences, which result from the differences in computer screen and print colour reproduction, as well as any damage by the client such as dis-colouration due to cleaning of wall paper or murals with damp cloth or any cleaning agents. For maintenance, we recommend clients to dust or wipe wall paper or murals with duster or dry cloth to prevent dis-colouration.

Privacy Policy

WallAffairs treats our clients’ information as private and confidential, and will never share it with any external affiliates or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software via PayPal.

Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our offices, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.

Trademarks and Copyrights

 

All brand names are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Wallaffairs does not claim any legal interest in trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property, than that of its own. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by Wallaffairs infringe your copyright or trademark rights, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. The notice must include the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (b) identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed (or if multiple copyrighted works or trademarks located on the Website are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works); (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow Wallaffairs to locate the material on the Website; (d) the name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available) of the complaining party; (e) a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright or trademark owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Please be advised that Wallaffairs will not respond to complaints that do not meet these requirements. If Wallaffairs determines that the materials alleged to infringe your copyright or trademark rights do not require removal, Wallaffairs will remove those materials only pursuant to a court order declaring the content or use of the materials unlawful.
